Please read these terms carefully. By using Easeably, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our AI-powered business software platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Easeably, operated by Arias Design Studios LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you are using Easeably on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Easeably is an AI-powered business software platform that scrapes and analyzes publicly available business website content to generate business profiles, content recommendations, and social media posts. The platform enables businesses to review, approve, and publish AI-generated content to connected social media accounts including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to operate the business you register to use Easeably. The platform is intended for business use only and is not directed at individuals using it for personal social media management.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@easeably.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and to keep that information up to date.
You agree to use Easeably only for lawful purposes. You may not:
5.1 AI-Generated Content
Easeably uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your business information. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your business. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
5.2 Your Responsibility
By approving content for publishing, you confirm that you have reviewed it and that it complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the social media platforms it will be published to. We are not liable for the content of posts published through the platform once you have approved them.
5.3 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your business information and any content published through the platform. By using Easeably, you grant us a limited license to process your business information solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Easeably integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policies, or any disruption to third-party services that may affect Easeably's functionality.
When you connect a Meta account, you authorize Easeably to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Easeably is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or business needs.
We are not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or reputation arising from content published through the platform, disruptions to connected social media platforms, or any inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you approved for publishing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arias Design Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Easeably, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@easeably.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or are using the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Easeably after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Easeably shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
